Pensioners Lunch Novotel Southampton

The lunch will be held at the Novotel in Southampton. The following pictures are the lobby area and Bar.

You will note the sign concerning parking. If you have parked in the car park please ensure that you enter your car registration into the tablet computer otherwise you will receive a parking fine. There is a tablet just inside the lobby entrance, on the check in desk plus one at the entrance to the Le Havre Room where the lunch will be held. Also visible above is the Lobby Bar which will be open and serving drinks prior the lunch.

Badges will be available at the entrance to the Le Havre Room, in alphabetical order.

There will be a table plan at the entrance to the Le Havre Room, plus a receptacle for the badges to be placed in when leaving after the lunch.

The room will be set up as per the following picture. The bar at the far end of the room will also be open serving drinks prior to the lunch.
